 It would be nice to see the statuses of submitted plugins on the ADD page.
 This may help people stop submitting the same one multiple times when
 they've missed emails.

 Example (below the Blue Box of X plugins waiting review)

 > Yellow Box: You have X plugins in the review queue, Y are being actively
 reviewed.
 > * Plugin 1 - Awaiting Review
 > * Plugin 2 - Being Reviewed
 > Please wait at least 7 business days before asking for an update status
 from plugins at wordpress.org

 X is how many plugins YOU own that are draft & pending.

 Y is how many plugins are in PENDING.
