 Hi there,

 The message tells you it's been held for moderation and will be handled by
 one of our volunteers **within** 72 hours, this is to give us time to
 actually see the message and sort it out.

 As for why: Your post has been picked up by our automated systems (as
 stated) as potentially containing spam and will be reviewed by one of our
 moderators when next they check the pending messages.
 This happens from time to time, it's automated, we sort it out when we
 look it over, you're far from the first, and definitely won't be the last
 one it picks up at some point or other.
