 What's a good place/location for the developer information that doesn't
 become a massive list of links?

 Do we need the SVN links or JUST a download?

 My suggestion: Wherever we decide to put this, a simple dropdown with all
 the available zips would be helpful. Pick a version, it downloads the zip,
 done. We have another ticket for SVN links, and I think making this more
 simple, for an end user who just needs the old version for Reasons (™) is
 a better choice.
