 As part of my own plugin support work I often must download older versions
 of other plugins to investigate and reproduce issues of interactions
 between my plugin and others. I believe access to older plugin versions is
 as important as access to the WordPress Release Archive. On the old
 platform, the Developers tab was easy to access and never got in the way
 of users who did not need it. I do not understand why popular, useful
 features must be deleted in the name of progress.
