 Should also work the same for removing them, if not we can't remove the
 tag without editing a reply or writing our own.

 Normal process when handling a modlooked item:
 - Watch the tag
 - Enter topic thats tagged
 - Remove `modlook` to prevent others from jumping on the thread
 - Actually handle the topic
