Comment:

 This is something the Community team has been wanting to do for a while,
 but so far it hasn't made it to the top of the list.

 Before anyone works on a patch, the team needs to discuss what features it
 should have, how it should work, etc. That discussion needs to happen on
 [https://make.wordpress.org/community the p2] and in Slack, since most of
 the team members don't follow Trac.
