 @Kenshino great, thanks for the feedback. I agree on having written
 reviews. The only issue I see is that it should probably have an option to
 be anonymous as honest feedback would help speakers.

 I think ratings still do help as it's a quicker way to get feedback and
 understand which talks people prefer. So if I do 2 talks and talk A has a
 higher rating then I could use that talk at another WordCamp.

 Putting it globally: I think a way around that would be to only show
 ratings after a certain amount of talks and / or ratings. I do think
 global ratings should be a discussion for a later time (depending on what
 happens with ratings anyway).
