 Here's some concepts how I imagine incorporating the white box behind the
 form in a way that groups elements together more cohesively throughout the
 whole OAuth process.

  * Removed the footer text since we're saturating the page with
 "WordPress.org" language.
  * Kept oauth stuff constrained to the white box while allowing general
 login stuff to exist outside it.
  * The pages show the general login screen, login for oauth, approval for
 oauth, and a lost password screen as well.
