 This seems like a good idea to me. We could add it to
 /locale/[locale_code]/contributors or something along those lines. I'd
 want to add a full page for it so we can show previous contributors too. I
 envision something along these lines:
 * New page at /locale/[locale_code]/contributors
 * First section lists overall translation editors for this locale (with
 Slack / dotorg usernames)
 * Headers for each release cycle, with dates underneath. e.g. "WordPress
 4.3" as the header and, underneath, "The following translators contributed
 at least one translation to any project on translate.wordpress.org between
 April 23, 2015 and August 18, 2015."
 * Underneath, we can list all contributors by dotorg username. For
 example: @samuelsidler, @samuelsidler1, @samuelsidler2
 * Optionally, we could list them in order by amount of strings
 contributed. For example: @samuelsidler (42), @samuelsidler1 (13),
 @samuelsidler2 (3)

 Curious to know if that the last item would be helpful. It would make it
 harder to copy/paste, but maybe we could write a shortcode to import the
 list of translators per locale, so on ja.wordpress.org, you could just add
 `[contributors release="4.3"]` and it would output the list.

 Maybe I'm asking for too much. :)
