 Tickets #1221, #1268, #1376 etc should have been mentioned in Slack
 channel #meta-devhub and they were not

 They should have been around the following points in the timeline:
 * #1221 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/meta-devhub/p1441389847000112
 * #1268 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/meta-devhub/p1443544150000040
 * #1376 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/meta-devhub/p1446649751000002

 From what I see it is correctly defined in the config here:

 Also the Slack RSS integration for piping new devhub tickets into #meta-
 devhub should be removed:
