 Also, for this particular case, this isn't a "required values" kind of
 situation. For a theme shop to be listed, we actually talk back to them
 and have a conversation. We want to check out their site, make sure it
 looks good, make sure they're GPL, make sure they have a free theme in the
 directory that is reasonably up to date, etc. It's not a fill-in-a-form
 and automate-it type of scenario. Those emails go to real people (usually
 Scott) and get looked at by real people (usually Scott).
