 Yes, we do. Any form we have on the site, we inevitably get people asking
 random questions through. Heck, we even have people who email the forum
 passwords reset address (which isn't exactly easy to find) asking for help
 fixing some random CSS problem on their blog. We still even get support
 questions for themes on the closed theme-reviewers mailing list, about
 twice a week.

 I think email has a notable advantage here in that a) we get a point of
 contact from it which lets us talk back to the person reliably, and point
 out issues we have with their site or their services or whatever we notice
 about their system that we want to get fixed in order for them to be
 listed and b) it creates a ever-so-minor barrier to entry that prevents
 quite a lot of the random support questions from getting through.

 The haiku thing is mostly for fun. We've even helped people create one for
 their site before. It's not exactly a strict requirement. :)
