 I see. Could we perhaps add a link to it somewhere around the red notice
 here on [https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/wp/dev wp/dev]?

 I think new default themes should be mentioned on that page in some way,
 so that translators don't accidentally forget about them :) See
 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/polyglots/p1449506273001862 for
 example.
