 v2 of profiles was going to have tabs for each area of contribution where
 we could get more fine-grained, and is slotted to happen in 2016, but
 adding custom roles to the top profile bit isn't very scalable, because
 then we'd need to do it for every team, and some teams have many roles
 that people occupy.
