 Sorry for the confusion. I'm in the process of re-arranging how we
 navigate Trac, to make it a bit easier and less cluttered. I'm going to be
 doing away with the placement of "New Ticket" soon, thus dissolving the
 rest of that navigation bar.

 If you click "Ticket Reports", you'll get an instant overlay (just added,
 it's no longer a separate page) of what is replacing the old /report
 screen. This includes links at the top to the timeline.

 The "Trac" link is going to go soon too; we don't really use the homepage
 for anything at this point.

 We'll continue to experiment with this and see how we can improve it.
 Suggestions welcome.
