 Navigation friendlyness is reduced when one has to click 'Trac', then find
 the link to 'Timeline section' in the text.

 I want 'Timeline' back on the lower menu. 'New ticket' is very alone on a
 menu line all by itself, and need a companion, a companion that is much
 more often used.
