Comment:

 Although I'm subscribed to the HTTPS version of this feed, the issue has
 remained. Each item in this feed appears in my feed reader twice, once
 with an HTTP link and once with an HTTPS link.

 At the bottom of the feed there's this comment: `<!-- cached -->`. This
 gives a clue suggesting that the feed might be cached and subsequently
 served with no regard to the protocol. If the feed was sometimes cached
 with HTTP links/guids and sometimes cached with HTTPS links/guids, then my
 feed reader would, over time, end up seeing two separate guids for each
 entry.
