 The old unit tests trac (https://unit-tests.trac.wordpress.org/) says:

 >The WordPress Unit Tests Trac has been merged into
 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tests​ WordPress Trac].

 But it links to here: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tests

 Which is also an outdated version of the unit tests. It would be better to
 link to https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/tests/phpunit now
 for example.

 I hope this is the correct place to report this issue :)
