 The Chromium open-source project has a "GoodFirstBug" tag that they use
 for wannabe contributors: http://www.chromium.org/getting-involved. I
 think this is a really good way of making things easier for new people to
 sort through bugs and to help them start contributing.

 Would we be able to introduce a similar tagging method to the WordPress
 trac system? I know I'd be grateful for it. :)
