[wp-hackers] [GSOC 2011] Standardised Progress Bar

Hi,

I would like to take this as my GSOC proposal. But I'm still having some
doubts in the issue described in the ideas page.

Why we have a progress bar for tasks like Publishing a post. It happens so
fast and the current system seems good. But we have to standardise 'File
Uploading' and 'Plugin Installation' progress bar's.
