[wp-hackers] new menu management 3.0

as far as i can make out, presently the menu is static and completely
separate from the general logic of the site. all other features work
as is. this helps in making custom menus and IMHO it would be cool to
have intelligent menu features like the ones u stated but we should
not treat it like a bug but as an enhancement...
