[wp-hackers] XHTML validation framework?

I saw there is a list for XHTML validator, in ideas list, to make sure all
output of WP produces valid HTML. I knew how to hook function in some
filters/actions, but where is the appropriate place for this validator, the
last step of rendering a page, what is it? What kind of output should be
produced when there are warnings or errors (invalid attributes/tags or
whatever) after document parsing?
