[wp-hackers] SVN symlink for stable version

The latest version URL is just
http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress/branches/x.x where x.x is the major and
minor version number, i.e. 2.3. Not exactly hard to remember, and by using a
branch rather than a tag you know that URL will remain the latest stable
branch for several months at least (until the next major point version).
