[wp-hackers] SVN symlink for stable version

It's still a frustration that it's necessary to do so. I've delayed
upgrading in the past because I know it means I have to look up the
latest version URL every time. "Not a big deal" is a poor excuse for
avoiding implementing a simple centralized fix that would make a lot
of people's lives easier.

Hmm... I wonder about the possibility of a small plugin that could
augment the little upgrade notice with a pre-fab svn command that you
can then just paste into a shell.
