You bring up a good point. Some projects try to take a Yahoo directory 
approach to their codebase where others are flatter and obviously 
expected to be searched, a la Google.

We could rearrange all of our files, but I don't know that it would be 
"better" or just different. Most stylistic choices are equally 
arbitrary, and consistency is more important than being "right."
