This is caused by all javascript processing stopping when it reaches
line 6 in autosave.js:

Error: form.content has no properties
Source File: /wp-includes/js/autosave.js?ver=20070306
Line: 6

This means that none of the other javascript gets processed - so the dbx
boxes don't get there behaviour
