[wp-design] Version 24

There, now can we do something else? :)

In other words, I really like my implementation of the visit site and
log out buttons. The icons I stole of course, so we need to make our
own.

Also, I added a folder with some quickie alternate color schemes. I
figured it'd be kinda cool if people could customize the colors of
their backend easily.
