Right, the plot thickens :).

Okay then let's think about this and bring it to the table, Michael you seem 
pretty quiet no need to be shy :).

The question then remains is everyone happy with Matt's proposal then? We 
work between us to provide Matt with the final mockup and he goes and sorts 
it out?

The only real problem I can see with this is when it comes to additional 
functionality and tweaks that we would like to incorporate. I guess that can 
be done locally on people's machines and sent through for further comment 
and clarifications etc.

Issues I think we can help out from afar, find solutions for some of the 
functional ideas that we want to implement. Such as the insert image, the 
spelling checker, preview of the site in full markup down below, etc.

Joen, Michael. 
What are your thoughts about icons as shown in v9.1 ? I know Joen's got 
another idea up his sleeve, Michael any thoughts you want to add to the 
whole design?
