[theme-reviewers] Theme translation

Hi, I'm reviewing my first theme and in language directory are these files:

  * boot_strap_lang.pot
    <https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/boot_strap/1.0.5/languages/boot_strap_lang.pot>
  * en.mo
    <https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/boot_strap/1.0.5/languages/en.mo>
  * en.po
    <https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/boot_strap/1.0.5/languages/en.po>

Text domain is boot_strap.
So I think that pot file should be boot_strap.pot.
IMO en.mo/en.po are wrong names too.
Am I right?
