[theme-reviewers] Theme resubmit process?

Hi guys,
I'm just guiding a user through their first theme submission (and my first theme review!) and was wondering if I could ask for a bit of guidance please?

They have completed most amends required and will shortly be ready for it to be checked again - I presume they just update the SVN version, or is there another initial submission phase that they go through to submit a revised version of their theme? Is there any official documentation I can point then to help me explain this process please?

Also, would they version up (ie v1 -> v1.1) or maintain their version number (this is for a theme being reviewed - not one released).

Finally, I presume the structure is like the WP plug-in repo for themes too?
