[theme-reviewers] Hoping to reassign ticket

Hi all,

I have a ticket that was assigned to a new reviewer and has not been
updated in 3+ weeks. The mentor assigned to the ticket suggested that I ask
if someone would be willing to take it over.

I'm not trying to jump the queue. This went through the full list but was
never reviewed by the assigned reviewer.
