[theme-reviewers] Redux framework may be dialing home

We will take the following measures. Please clarify if something is
unacceptable to you.
- We will *remove* the http://jsbin.com/ugELElU/1 completely from view
publicly.
- We will *remove* the Plugins list from the stats page as seen here:
http://reduxframework.com/staticstats
- We will *show* the plugins to developers behind a user-account wall
that pertain to their products so they can see plugins they must be
compatable with.
- We will provide detailed *instructions* on properly using *TGM* on
WP.org
- We will provide detailed *instructions* on removing the *tracking*
class and reference.
- We will modify our "builder" http://build.reduxframework.com to *output
a version of Redux* ready for WP.org
Is there anything wrong with the above marching orders? Will this bring
Redux completely within compliance?
