[theme-reviewers] Redux framework may be dialing home

So if we remove that and keep that information only internal is that
acceptable? Or would you only prefer we post stats and information about
the instance, not the plugins to the public?

What will work for the PLUGIN version of Redux. Theme, as we stated, will
be removed by authors and our builder.
