[theme-reviewers] Header Support

Hi

In one of the reviews I found that the developer has provided the support
for header. That's fine but the point of confusion is, in the option panel
he has provide the setting to add link to the header image (botton gets
displayed over the image), headline text  and header image link text.

May be, Its not plugin territory, I guess?
