[theme-reviewers] Problem with Tags Error when Uploading - Theme Check

I have a problem with the theme check. When i'm trying to upload a new 
theme, it creates a warning with the following message:

  Wrong tag "before {" in style.css

As i've searched in various threads in wordpress.org, this seems to be a 
bug with the "tags:" string.

I need advice on how to upload the theme.

Note: there's no typo in my style.css
