[theme-reviewers] recomended vs required

and I'm sorry to all if my comment about "witch hunt target" is a too
"strong".
I didn't mean it that way. I'm truly understand what the reviewer suggested
is good. very good.

I responded that way because i feel, maybe as example:

I want to create a passport, and I completed all the legal document,
and finally after hours and hours of waiting in line I take photo shoot,
and all I need is to wait for the passport.
But suddenly they said that
"Sir, you need to cut your hair, i think your passport photo will look
better"
and i respond: "No thanks, I think i look fine."
and they respond "Are you sure you want to look like this in your photo?
You need to cut your hair. Your photo is going to be there for 5 years."

of course my respond would be "what the..." i need to clarify about the
passport registration procedure.
