[theme-reviewers] Theme submit error (Options Framework)

hello @devin I respect your code but i think there should a way to
flexibility and
usability may be some of people like me getting this problem with latest
version while uploading theme over WP.org. You can add a filter that not
deny theme from uploading on WP so both problem will resolve and it's up to
you.
