[theme-reviewers] Automatic post insertion and site title/tagline change

Hey everyone,

We'd like to ask for some advice on this theme.Basically, theme is 
inserting posts and changing the default site title and description 
here: http://paste.pagelines.com/Np5gKivu

You're not allowed to just add posts like that right? Or, to 
automatically change the title and description.
