[theme-reviewers] new theme Verbo approved 2 weeks ago‏

I didn't realize there were so few active reviewers these days. Time to get
stuck into the ticket queue again. I actually stopped when the incentive
program came along and tickets were so hard to come by.

That wont help the admin queue, but hopefully things go back to normal
there eventually :)
