[theme-reviewers] About cc'ing the admins

Just a simple question... how should I cc an admin in a given ticket?

Usually i just add @chipbennett or @emiluzelac on my answer, but I'm not
sure if it works. In the archives

I found that I should add them in "cc" filed of "modify ticket" section,
but I don't have that section:

Am I missing something?
