[theme-reviewers] Help on theme review

[Sampression Themes]

Hi all,

I am reviewing a theme that uses flexnav. On the license term of flexnav it
states that "FlexNav is unlicensed. Do whatever you want with it.", what
does this mean? Can this be used for WordPress theme?
