So, is it okay if pro version of my theme is integrated with a Slider, Plugin, etc from Code Canyon's Extended license, which allows me to distribute the theme as GPL?? I have already seen themes doing that,but I just want to be sure.

If a license has the following terms would it be considered as GPL compatible?

That is the license in its entirety.
