[theme-reviewers] Theme promotion in dashboard

Who says anything about punishing? It's just that it really is annoying if
the premium options are showcased in such way as on that screesnhot. I
think that a link to Pro version should be enough. On his own page author
can advertise as much as he or she wants.

I'm really all for drawing lines here. Right now I have another theme that
has promo of pro version and PayPal donate button.
