Yeah, instead of Trusted, perhaps Established?

The distinction being:

New Theme Reviewer - Reviewer's in training that need assistance from
admins often on tickets.

Established Theme Reviewer - Reviewer's who are experienced, understand the
guidelines and review process very well and rarely need assistance from
admins on tickets.
