Ranting like this is very far from "the right thing".

Right now, all you have done is to claim that this theme and their
site is somehow anti-GPL without actually backing up that statement
with any sort of facts. Take the time to actually explain your case in
a methodical manner, don't just go off on pages long rants about how
you're being ignored.

I'm certainly not ignoring you. I do, however, disagree with your
assessments thus far.
