[theme-reviewers] GPL and limiting usage

It's not necessarily "mis-information". The key to focus on here is
"support". It's perfectly legitimate for a company selling themes to
not restrict actual usage, but to instead restrict the level of
support that they offer. So you might offer support for only a limited
number of sites, say for a single domain, but offer support for any
number of sites at a higher price level.

It may be slightly misleading, and I can understand that sort of
interpretation, but hey, that's marketing for you.
