[theme-reviewers] Are these contradictory???

Otto beat me to it.

GPL explicitly allows for redistribution and resale. The thing you *can't*
do, however, is claim copyright ownership. Otherwise, you are free to use,
modify, redistribute the original, distribute a derivative, including for
free or for cost.
