[theme-reviewers] Categories & tags

On the category/tag question: the standard has been that the Theme must
incorporate them somehow, and merely relying on core Widgets is not
sufficient.

On the social profile links: these are social profile links, and NOT social
content-sharing links. The two are different. The former is allowed if
incorporated properly.

However, such social profile links CANNOT link to the developer's social
network profiles by default, and MUST be user-configurable (i.e. not
hard-coded, but configurable via Theme option or similar).
