[theme-reviewers] Categories & tags

[Design 311]

Right, only on the title of the archive page it mentions the name of the 
tag.

Another question: is a theme allowed to add social media icons in the 
header/footer if the user can edit the links?
Not sure if that counts as "Content Sharing buttons/links"? The icons 
link to the social networks not to any sharing options.
By default the icons link to the theme author's social profiles, I'll 
note that in the ticket already.
