[theme-reviewers] Links on author/theme URL to non-GPL themes (Charlie Livingston)

OK, so, on Justin Tadlock's site, he links to ThemeForest a few times, e.g.
here:
http://justintadlock.com/archives/2013/09/11/the-themeforest-experiment-one-year-later
Therefore,
all his themes and plugins should be removed from the repository?
